thinking of Mum
good monday morning ... hope you all had a great weekend ... just wanted to pop in and show you a little card I have made for my dear Mum ...
I always make her a little card for March 13th its the day we lost Dad to that awful Alzheimer's and although she thinks about him every day this day is particularly painful
the problem is I think Mum is going down the same path ... ooo so sad to see ... her memory problems are put down to vascular dementia tho instead of Alzheimer's ... but it is still painful
we are attending a memory clinic every Thursday at the moment and I am enjoying it ... seems a funny thing to enjoy but they have speakers and the topics are memory related so I think it is helping.
thank you for visiting me today and wow thank you for all the lovely comments on my dear friends retirement card ...
have a great week everybody

Such a lovely card that you have made for your mum Sandy, I am sorry that she is unwell sending you and your family a special ((((hug)))) today xx
This card is really special, Sandy. Love the papers you used and the image as well. Your Mum is going to love it and you are certainly going to put a smile on her face as soon as she sees it. Sorry to hear she is on the same path as her dear hubby was but I hope with the help of memory clinic she is going to improve.
